Get fit, have fun and move to the beautiful, mesmerizing music from the Middle East. Explore the expression of femininity and sensuality through belly dance. Lana's classes are geared towards mastering the artistry of bellydance through the foundations of core isolation and undulations, graceful arm techniques, shimmies, and musicality.

Each fun-filled class will include a warm-up, techniques and creative choreography designed for building stamina, strength, grace, fluidity and muscle control. Lana loves to see her students learn and through her classes students can expect to enhance their fitness levels, self-confidence, and poise. Each session will offer a full choreography. To ensure personalized attention to each student class sizes will be limited.​​​ ​​

   Subscribers to the multi-class packages will have access during the sessions that they are enrolled to our What's App community where we share our choreography, walk throughs and the music to encourage student learning.

Masks are encouraged and appreciated. We ask students to follow Dance Centre COVID protocols and to not attend if symptomatic. We are seeking to create an accessible and inclusive space for all our community. Air quality will be monitored and all windows will be opened for fresh airflow. *Subject to change ​Summer 2026*

Multiple Private Lesson Packages

- Starts at $80/hr (without studio, i.e. outdoors or online)

- $100/hr with studio rental
